- The first volume of Bushwick Is Melting features Brooklyn artists Jacques Renault, Marcos Cabral, Aurora Halal and more.
Brooklyn venue Bossa Nova Civic Club has teamed up with Sisterjam for an EP series called Bushwick Is Melting.
The series will retain a local flavour, with all four tracks coming from Brooklyn-based producers. Jacques Renault and Mark Verbos team up on "I Came Back Again," while Mutual Dreaming chief and visual artist Aurora Halal makes her first foray into solo music production on "Hazy G." Renault's Runaway partner Marcos Cabral turns in a track, "Special Spiral," as does Mannequin producer DUST ("1515").
Located in Bushwick, Bossa Nova is a hub for leftfield house, regularly hosting artists from labels like L.I.E.S., White Material and Let's Play House. Sisterjam is the project of Chris Goldstein and Julian C. Duron. It falls somewhere between a promotions outfit and a management agency.

03. MarcosCabral - Special Spiral
