- Electric Elephant have unveiled their initial lineup for 2011, this time spanning five days in July rather than the usual four in August. The bill for this year's festival, taking place once again at Gardens Petrcane in Croatia, presents a familiar blend of house, disco and the occasional dash of bass. Stand-out names include Ben Westbeech, Kyle Hall, The Glimmers, Bok Bok of Night Slugs and Classic Records co-founders Derrick Carter and Luke Solomon. Return appearance come from festival favorite Andrew Weatherall, joined this time by Sean Johnston, Balearic Mike and Stone's Throw man James Pants. The Unabombers will make an appearance––no surprise there, given the duo's Luke Cowdry helps put on the event. In a nod to the festival's Mancunian roots, Warehouse Project resident Krysko has been billed as well. As in previous years, Electric Elephant takes place across numerous boat parties, seaside soirees and intimate club events.
