The Leeds-based label celebrates a year of London warehouse parties at Village underground next month.
2020vision will celebrate a year of 12-hour parties at Village Underground on Saturday 13th August.
Following on from what RA's Marcus Barnes deemed "the epitome of a bank holiday party", 2020 returns to the East London venue for another all-nighter next month. Over the last year the brand has invited the likes of Hamburg's Tensnake and Poker Flat's Steve Bug to play alongside its 2020 roster, which has included Maya Jane Coles, Simon Baker, Motor City Drum Ensemble and label head Ralph Lawson. To mark the occasion, Manchester-based outfit Crazy P will play with one of the city's well respected Hacienda figures, Greg Wilson. Despite retiring in the early 80s, Wilson returned to the decks twenty years later and has been playing throughout the UK and internationally since. The Revenge will add a bit of disco flair to the bill, backed by the Bristol-style house of Julio Bashmore.
2020 Vision stalwarts Ralph Lawson, jozif and Danny Raper complete the lineup. Per usual, the party kicks off at 6:00 PM to catch the last of the evening sun before rolling on toward Sunday morning.
