The New Zealand/Berlin-based drum & bass label will release its second compilation in October.
Samurai Music will release a new compilation on October 15th.
Entitled Way of The Samurai 2: Code of Honour, the collection is a sequel to 2009's Way of The Samurai, and also marks the label's fifth anniversary. Code of Honour contains 22 previously unreleased tracks split over two CDs, featuring Samurai stalwarts Loxy & Resound, Pessimist, Tokyo Prose and Cern, as well as Marcus Intalex, ASC and newcomers like Mercy and Subtension. Ten tracks from the album will also be released across five 12-inch vinyl samplers, each named after a Samurai "virtue." The release will be celebrated with a launch party at Cable on October 13th, with Intalex, Klute, Break, Loxy, Skeptical and Samurai Music founder Presha all billed to play.
