The Dutchman will drop his first record on Ben Klock's label this month, with a single from DVS1 to follow.
Klockworks will release 12-inches from Steve Rachmad and DVS1 in the coming weeks.
Steve Rachmad's effort will be his Klockworks debut. He's produced it as Sterac, an alias the Dutchman been using for a brand of loopy, melodic techno since the mid-'90s. Due out on June 23rd, it's his first full original release as Sterac since 2008, and features a darker, more subdued aesthetic than much of the moniker's prior catalogue.
DVS1, on the other hand, is one of Klockworks' best-known associates. His 2009 debut Klockworks 05 contained arguably the label's most recognisable cut, "Running," and he's been a regular DJ fixture at Klockworks events around the world ever since. With this release, out on July 16th, the American will be returning to the label for the first time in two years.
This news comes just before a Klockworks showcase in Barcelona. Ben Klock, DVS1 and Ryan Elliott will hit The One on Thursday, June 12th. You can grab tickets here and check out a trailer for the event, and an upcoming tour, below:
