- The Belgian label's next EP offers a glimpse into their forthcoming Aphelion compilation.
Surgeon will debut on Token with a two-track EP called Fixed Action Pattern.
Due out on August 25th, the record serves as a precursor to Aphelion, a compilation that brings together a mix of Token regulars and label debutants. Fixed Action Pattern marks Surgeon's first full solo release on Token, though he was tapped up to remix Grovskopa's "Sex & Violins" for the label back in 2008. The title tracks sees him in tough, broken-beat techno form, while the flip houses a dub version. A second track from Aphelion will appear on a Rødhåd single for Token, due out in September. The full Aphelion compilation will land in November.
