- The Belgian producer and DJ will issue the LP via his own Subfield imprint in March.
Mugwump will release his first LP, Unspell, on March 22nd.
Geoffroy, the driving force behind the project, got his start in the early '90s spinning in Ibiza before cutting his teeth with an eight-year residency at defunct Belgian institution Food Club. Getting his start releasing original material in 2004, the difficult-to-place producer touches on elements of new beat, house, techno and Balearic.
The full-length, released on Mugwump's own Subfield label (a division of !K7), continues along these lines, pulling in a raft of collaborators, such as Luke Jenner (formerly of The Rapture), Circlesquare and Sami "Morpheus" Birnbach (of Minimal Compact).
Check out the album's first single, "Until You're Worth It," which features Mungolian Jet Set and Ost & Kjex, below.
