The Warp Records man will hit the road for 17 dates beginning in late May.
Rustie has plotted a lengthy tour of the Americas beginning at The Observatory in Santa Ana on May 22nd.
Late last year, Rustie dropped his second full-length Green Language, a varied album which RA's Andrew Ryce described as having "some EDM pyrotechnics here, a bit of hip-hop there and some hints at the old days for good measure."
After the Santa Ana opener, Rustie will share a bill with Syrian party-starter Omar Souleyman at Jewel's Catch One in LA before hitting up Washington's Sasquatch Festival, where fellow crossover acts James Blake, SBTRKT and Cashmere Cat are scheduled to play. He'll sweep through the Canadian provinces and Denver before stopping in at Ozark, Arkansas festival Wakarusa, where he'll appear with Major Lazer and The Roots. Many of the tour's larger festival engagements, such as his gigs as the Björk-headlined Governor's Ball and Bonnaroo, feature the Glasgow resident playing live, while he's set to DJ at more intimate dance clubs like Chicago's Primary.
