- This summer they'll host a gig at their Catskills record shop and their first-ever cruise on the East River.
Dope Jams duo Slow To Speak have a few gigs upcoming this summer, including their first boat party.
Paul Nickerson and Francis Englehardt often host events at their Oak Hill, NY-based record store Preserved Instincts, though this summer will be the first time they've ever organized their own cruise. The evening yacht party, presented in partnership with Good Room, will embark on the East River on Sunday, August 23rd, with a set from Slow To Speak and a special guest TBA.
Their Catskills BBQ will take over Preserved Instincts and the surrounding property on Saturday, June 6th, and as usual they're offering van transportation from NYC and back. The duo will also return to Good Room in Brooklyn for the Memorial Day edition of their residency in late May.
