Piknic Électronik lands in Sydney and Melbourne

- Kevin Saunderson will launch the season for both cities in January 2016.
- Piknic Électronik returns to Australia in 2016 for seasons in Sydney and Melbourne. The popular Montreal party brand made its debut in the country last summer with a run of 12 parties at various locations around Melbourne. This time they'll be launching in Sydney, also hosting 12 weeks worth of family-friendly shows at Sydney Park in St Peters. Kevin Saunderson will be on headline duties for both opening gigs. The Sydney series begins at 1 PM on January 10th and will see local jocks Simon Caldwell, Cassette and Maybe D AKA HAHA's Dave Fernandes supporting the Detroit heavyweight. The following weekend, January 17th, Melbourne kicks into gear at The Paddock at Federation Square as Saunderson plays alongside Matt Radovich, Myles Mac and the Citypower DJs. The full summer programme will be announced on January 5th. In the meantime, Piknic have teased names like Robag Wruhme, Ryan Elliot and Sonja Moonear as Melbourne headliners.
