- The Sydney promoter will celebrate at Home The Venue over the Easter weekend.
Sydney promoter Charades will hold its fifth birthday celebrations on March 29th with Derrick May.
Since launching in late 2012 with a still-emerging Chaos In The CBD, the roaming club night run by Auckland expat U-Khan has played host to house and techno artists like Jane Fitz, Marcel Dettmann, Jon Hopkins, DJ Bone and Gilles Peterson. It's also more recently dipped its toe into the Melbourne market, collaborating with the likes of Common Ground and Autosea to present shows with Objekt, Fred P and Vakula.
The five-year milestone will be marked by a set from May, who returns for his second Charades appearance, at the Home The Venue Terrace. Support comes in the form of a back-to-back set from local DJs Boogie Monster and Biz as well as U-Khan.
