- The LP comprises tracks recorded from 2010 through 2017.
SSTROM, one half of Swedish techno duo SHXCXCHCXSH, is releasing his first solo album in May.
Otider will come via Rösten, the label the group launched last year. It features tracks recorded from 2010 through 2017. According to the press release, the LP sees SSTROM moving away from straightforward techno, hinting at outsider and lo-fi house, coldwave and UK garage.
The name Otider roughly translates to "un-times" or "non-times," and refers to how the album presents out-of-context snapshots of SSTROM's music from throughout his career. It's his third release under the name, following a previous 12-inch for Rösten and an EP for Semantica.
