- The Detroit native's 12-inch arrives in April.
Next up on The Bunker New York is Lauren Flax.
The Brooklyn-based, Detroit-born artist debuts on the label this spring with One Man's House Is Another Woman's Techno, a three-track 12-inch inspired by her analog hardware live sets. "I basically start with just the drum machine," she says. "Create some patterns to get me started... change the patterns and manipulate the sounds real time so that there is a truly performative aspect captured." It's out April 19th.
Flax is a member of trip-hop duo CREEP with Lauren Dillard. Her first solo EP, Dance Trax Vol. 16, was released on Unknown To The Unknown last summer.
